Common Export Problems
The Export Reviews button does not appear
Confirm that you are on a Trustpilot business review page whose path begins with /review/. Refresh the page after installing or updating the extension. If the page was already open during installation, the extension may need a reload before it can add the button.
The export stops before all visible pages are collected
Trustpilot may limit visible pages, request a login, or temporarily limit repeated requests. The extension can pause and resume collection, but it cannot override access restrictions. If prompted, sign in to your Trustpilot account, wait before retrying, and make sure the reviews are still visible in your browser.
The file contains fewer reviews than expected
Check whether a star-rating or language filter is active on the page. Also remember that the free plan currently exports up to 20 reviews at a time; higher-volume exports are available through the paid plan shown in the extension.
Some cells are blank
Not every review contains every field. For example, a business may not have replied to a review, or a reviewer may not expose an avatar. A blank value usually means that the corresponding information was not available in the source data.
